Who We Are Bryan L. Sells, Esq., CMCA, Chief Executive Officer   A native Virginian, Bryan Sells was born in Alexandria and raised in Leesburg.  After graduating from Deerfield Academy in Deerfield, Massachusetts, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Harvard College and his law degree from Columbia Law School.  When not working on CSI matters, he maintains a law practice in the field of voting rights. Mr. Sells is the grandson and namesake of our company’s founder, the late Bryan Gordon, Jr., and is an active participant in the Community Associations Institute. He has been named a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers.   Joe Riviere; AMS, CMCA, PCAM, CPM, President & COO   Joe Riviere was born in Seattle, WA and was raised in Southern California and Arkansas. He is a resident of Alexandria, VA. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University.  Mr. Riviere holds the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute. Mr. Riviere has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations from the National Board of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). Mr. Riviere also holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). He has more than 20 years of experience in community management and has previously managed both large and small community associations in California, Maryland, The District of Columbia, and Virginia.   Lindsay L. Wilson, Corporate Secretary   Lindsay Wilsonwas born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia.  After graduating from The Foxcroft School in Middleburg, Virginia, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College.  She later earned a master’s degree in Psychology from Marymount University and practiced as a licensed professional counselor for several years, including a stint with the Department of Defense. Ms. Wilson is the granddaughter of our company’s founder.   Robert “Bob” Bray; CMCA, AMS, Controller Robert Bray is a resident of Centreville, Virginia.  He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Niagara University in New York.  Robert has over thirty years of accounting and controller experience in both profit and non-profit firms. Mr. Bray has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) from the National Board of Community Association Managers (NBC - CAM) and completed coursework towards the  AMS designations.   Susan Zimmerman, Property Manager   Susan Zimmerman is a resident of Stafford County, Virginia. She is currently enrolled in the Professional Management Development Program through the Community Associations Institute.   Ya Zhang; CPA Candidate, Staff Accountant   Ya is a recent graduate of George Mason University with a B.S. in Accounting. She and her husband live with their baby daughter in Alexandria, VA. Ya handles all account receivable and account payable for each property.   .
